This SG-specific notice is the Singapore counterpart of the Sequoia Carpentry Sdn Bhd policy. Sections 1–10 of that document apply equally to Sequoia Contractor Pte Ltd, with these Singapore-law-specific differences:

SG.1 Governing Law

This policy is governed by Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA SG).

SG.2 Your PDPA Rights

• Right to access and correct your personal data (PDPA s.21 & s.22)
• Right to withdraw consent (PDPA s.16) for any purpose, with the consequence that we may be unable to continue providing services to you
• Right to be informed of disclosure (PDPA s.21(1))

SG.4 Cross-Border Transfer

Customer message content is stored on infrastructure we control in Singapore. WhatsApp message transport may transit Meta's global infrastructure, which complies with Singapore's PDPA cross-border transfer obligations (s.26) under Meta's standard data-processing terms.
